Rockford, we are coming your way

Rockford, the county seat of Winnebago County, is one of the first two cities MelanatedKindred is opening in, along with Freeport. Anyone can join from anywhere, but this is where we are putting our early energy.

Here are three things you can do today.

Run a business? Make a business profile. Add what you sell, the part of town you are in, and a post that says hello. Members here can search by category and place, and you will be easy to find.

Love a local spot? Follow it, tap Support, and tell the owner they should be here. A message from a regular customer is the best invitation we know.

Just want to meet people? Make a personal account, find other members, and say hello. The community only works if people show up for each other.

We are still new in Rockford, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. If you help us get started, you will be part of how it grows.

We are opening in Freeport too. Read about Freeport, or see how it all works.
